Certain Buffalo brand flash memory sticks that use fingerprint recognition technology may be infected with a trojan horse type virus.

If you have one of these memory sticks, you can return it to the manufacturer if it is found to have a virus. Use the Buffalo Virus Checking Tool to check for viruses.

Glad to have helped! I think that the affected models might only be available in Japan because I couldn’t find any information in English about this situation.
