I was inspired to write these Japanese poems about traditional Tanabata decorations. Here it is-

HOSHIZORA O TOMONI MIAGERU HITO MO NASHI
TANZAKU ODORI SOYOGU TAKE NO HA

星天を供に見上げる人もなし、短冊踊りそよぐ竹の葉

and

TANABATA NO DONTEN MOYO SASAKAZARI

七夕の曇天文様笹飾り
