Tunisian Cooking Class
The Tsukuba Cultural Foundation organizes an International Cooking Class to enhance communication through food, culture and international exchange.
This time they're offering the chance to learn Tunisian cuisine, which is known as "the treasure of the Mediterranean sea".
Date & time: September 6th (Thurs.) 10:00 a.m. to 14:00
Place: Takezono Community Center, Cooking room (3-19-2 Takezono)
Content: Three kinds of traditional Tunisian dishes: Brick, Salad, Ojja
Language: English (Japanese interpreter available)
Fee: 1,000 yen/person
